For more than 10 years, PSI-E has offered its clients (from the microelectronics industry and system level integrators from aeronautics, space industry and automotive) SOC conception solutions.

Test and Product Engineering
PSI-E is strongly implied with the increasing demand in quality process. This is why PSI-E has created a branch spcecialized in test program development on the different types of platform ATE (Automatic Test Equipment) available in the current market, and offers a professional service in the Product engineering environment to track device life cycle from manufacturing through to mass production including the different steps of qualification, maturity, compliances, rampu-up, yield tracking and yield improvments, analysis of device returns from production and customers... PSI-E is thus able to offer support throughout the complete development cycle of a new chip from Design activity to Test activity by providing a team of specialist IC engineers coming from the industry and by creating partnerchips with semi-conductor companies in test domains.
